London, United Kingdom, 20 November 2024: – A team from African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) joined more than 400 delegates from Africa-focused corporates and financiers of the continent’s trade, export and infrastructure finance market for the 2024 GTR Africa Conference in London, United Kingdom, on 14 November 2024.
The event, which focused on addressing the pressing challenges in African trade finance, SME and corporate liquidity, export financing, and sovereign debt, also explored emerging opportunities within the context of a volatile global economic landscape. Over 50 high-impact speakers gathered at the event to share insights and solutions to these challenges.
Afreximbank, participating as Co-Lead/Platinum Sponsor, used the opportunity to showcase its trade finance offerings and interventions and to develop new relationships in the trade finance sphere.
Leading the Bank’s delegation was Dr. Enga Kameni Senior Manager Legal, who was accompanied by Uju Okafor, Senior Manager Trade Finance, Alvin Lema, Assistant Manager Syndications and Aboubakar Meite, Associate Trade Finance.
