Progressive Business Forum (PBF) subscribers will remember our highly successful participation in the First China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) which took place in Beijing from 28th November to 2nd December last year, which was facilitated by our partners at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT).
The CCPIT is scheduled to host the Second China International Supply Chain Expo which is designed to bring together international businesses to strengthen exchanges. Integration and cooperation between SMME’s at an exhibition around six supply chain areas.

Invitation:

We are delighted therefore to advise that the PBF intends to take another delegation to the Second CISCE to be held in Beijing China, from 26-30 November this year. It is proposed that the delegation depart Johannesburg on 24 November.
Subscribers are once more invited to join the PBF delegation to the CISCE and be a part of a transformative experience, offering the opportunity for SMME’s to attend, participate in potential business to business engagements and to exhibit.
Six Supply Chain Sectors: Opportunities:
The Expo this year will cover six sectors – Advanced Manufacturing Chain, Clean Energy Chain, Smart Vehicle Chain, Digital Technology Chain, Healthy Life Chain, Green Agriculture Chain and Supply Chain Service Areas, (focusing on advanced products, technologies and supporting services, including finance and insurance, logistics and distribution, business consulting, legal service, among others).
Exhibitors:
Exhibitors will need to purchase exhibition stands at the Expo. We would encourage exhibitors to confirm their interest to exhibit Urgently Please see the RSVP details below. The PBF has facilitated a container at no extra cost, to enable potential exhibitors to take along material to exhibit.
Travel and logistics:
The PBF has negotiated special travel packages, ensuring your journey to the Expo runs smoothly.

Indicative Costs:
Pending finalization of the participation packages, the following are indicative costs at this stage as a guide:
Exhibition stalls built by the organiser:
9 sqm equipped with lighting, a desk, a round table, 3 folding chairs and electrical outlet USD 3000.00 = R51, 348.48 at current exchange rate.
Travel costs inclusive of flights, hotel costs for six nights, transfer costs, insurance, and visa and service fee:
Economy Class = R51, 199.00
Business Class = R108, 199.00
First Class = R157, 199.00
